Check-in & Key Instructions:
- Check-in: 15:00 on your agreed arrival day
- Check-out: 12:00 on departure day (unless otherwise stated in your confirmation)
Accessing the Property:
- The door is equipped with a Yale Doorman keypad lock.
- You will receive your PIN code 5-10 days before arrival.
- Enter the code by pressing the star (*) key before and after the PIN.
- A green light and sound will indicate that the door is unlocked.
- Inside the hallway, you’ll find a key in the key box (with an airplane key ring) for the kitchen door. Please return it after use.
Important Information:
- No pets (dogs, cats, etc.) allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors.
- A highchair and/or baby cot is available free of charge (request in advance).
- Complimentary bicycles are available for use during your stay.
- Bed linen can be provided for an additional fee (request in advance).
- Cleaning: Guests must clean the house before departure. If cleaning is not completed, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund.
- 30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.
If you have paid more than the owed amount, the difference will be refunded. Cancellations must be made via email or the online booking tool. Cancellations sent via post or to the holiday house directly will not be considered valid.
Complaints & Damages:
- Complaints should be reported as soon as possible, and no later than 2 days after arrival.
- Any damages during your stay must be reported immediately. You will be invoiced for necessary repairs or cleaning due to negligence.
Guest Responsibilities:
- Treat the property with care, as if it were your own.
- Follow all instructions provided in the welcome pack.
- You are liable for any damages caused by you or your party.
- The house may only be used for its intended purpose and cannot accommodate more guests than agreed upon at booking.
- Cleaning must be completed before departure. If not properly done, we will arrange cleaning at your expense.
- Return all keys as instructed.
Force Majeure (War, Natural Disasters, Strikes, etc.):
Both parties may terminate the agreement if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., war, natural disasters, prolonged electricity/water shortages, fire, or strikes) prevent the use of the property. In such cases, payments made will be refunded, minus any time spent at the house.
Dispute Resolution:
If an issue arises, contact us directly for a quick resolution. Do not delay, as this may impact the outcome. If no agreement is reached, you may escalate the matter to the general ombudsman for assistance.
Terms & Conditions:
- By making a booking, the guest confirms their acceptance of the T&C.
- Renting this property does not grant any legal ownership or long-term property rights.
