On these occasions, we contact the customer and inform about this. The customer then has the full right to either change or cancel their order.
The owner reserves the right to refuse an order. The owner of the property always intends to offer you a favorable price on our range if you buy directly from us and not through a third party.
The owner of the property guarantees that the prices stated at the time of purchase always apply.
Upon detection of any false orders or other attempted fraud, the case will be handed over to the police.
Direct payment via credit card
VISA, Mastercard and American Express connected cards work. Your information is treated confidentially and no unauthorized person can see your card information. When purchasing, simply fill in the type of card, card number and validity period, and CVV code (control number). A verification will be done to check that the card details are correct and that there is money in the account. The money is reserved in your account immediately at the time of purchase, and will normally be deducted one to two working days after purchase. Any refund (item out of stock, open purchase or complaint) is made by depositing on your card. Refunds will be made a few days after you have contacted us regarding your case and possibly. goods have been returned in unused condition.
When paying with PaysonFaktura, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
Name and address are taken so that we can complete the purchase. The information is saved to be able to handle communications as well as any complaints, etc. If you have chosen to accept receiving information from us, the information is saved until you announce that we will remove you from the newsletter. We do not handle social security numbers. In the event that credit card companies handle this, it will take place outside our control and authorization. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For private individuals, the owner of the property apply the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the customer always has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product and without having to state any special reason. When invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase, you as a customer are responsible for return shipping. More information about returns can be found under the heading Returns. Please note that according to Section 4 of the Distance and Home Sales Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the agreement relates to: "An item which due to its nature cannot be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or become too old".
Right of withdrawal and open purchase 14 days only applies to private individuals.
When invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase right, the following applies: Notify the owners customer service within 14 days. The owner will charge the customer the extra costs incurred, or will not accept the return.
In cases any corporate clients are using the owners website, the Purchase Act applies.
When invoking the Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase, follow the instructions as below:
1. Notify the owner of the property customer service within 14 days.
If the buyer shows that the quality of delivered goods is incorrect in some respect, the seller undertakes to primarily replace such goods or secondarily credit the buyer with the corresponding purchase amount, provided that incorrect goods are returned to the seller. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the defective goods to the seller. No claims for compensation other than defects in the product are considered. Defective situation must be reported by the buyer before use of the product and within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery.
